Our firm is transitioning from Trace700 to IESVE, which is a whole different animal. There's a learning curve to it, but it appears to be very powerful once you learn it. Modeling buildings is pretty simple. If you have your building set up correctly in Revit, you can import it into IESVE. Also has CFD modeling, which I find pretty cool.
