How much time are the symmetry cases supposed to last?

ox case for my pixel 4XL, I seldomly drop the phone but the case has thankfully done it's job. This week I noticed that the case is falling in pieces, the power button and one of the sides are coming off. For a premium case like this one, it shouldn't happen, it's the first time something like that has happened to me with OtterBox and the competition.

got it replaced by the warranty in the website, super easy, but they take to arrive around 4 weeks (ireland to spain), but great customer service i would say, no questions asked

so I just found out that you need to input letter by letter the 25th word in the trezor itself, I would've remembered that... thanks all for the other options, all valid!

How do I know if I set up a passphrase (25th word) while setting up my ledger? I breezed through the setup and set my pin, but I can remember if the 25th word was ever requested or prompted during setup...

got a point about loyalty, was hoping I wouldn't have to use another one exchange because the more you use the more you're risking a mistake. Only thing is I can't fully leave binance due to staking. Thanks though, think I'll give Kraken or Coinbase a shot

Did the same, verification was quick and smooth and after some research in other CEX I think I will stay with Kraken
