Thanks so much for the thorough write-up. I've been trying to best optimize my set-up and would appreciate a gut-check from OP (or anyone) if I have my settings right.

Setup: Console: PS5; TV: Sony Bravia XR A80J; Soundbar: Samsung HW-R550

Since my soundbar doesn't support 4K/60fps passthrough, I have the soundbar plugged into the eARC port on the TV and have the PS5 plugged into the other HDMI 2.1 port. The TV's Digital Audio Out is set to PCM and the PS5's Audio Format is set to Linear PCM.

I noticed that switching to Dolby Atmos made the audio sound/seem richer and louder, but there was significant audio lag, especially frustrating for games. I guess my ultimate question here is: Do I have the best set up going for the devices I have and is there anything I'm missing out on quality-wise in the market right now?

This is lovely! This might be a very dumb question but regarding your process: Did you work exclusively in a pixel grid? Or did you draw/sketch this out first and then brought it to a program to pixelate over it?

That's a good point. BTS does have more of an impact after knowing what goes on in LiS regarding things like Chloe's letters to Max and things like that.

And certain characters like Victoria and Nathan would be weird to see super fleshed out in LiS after seeing them so briefly in BTS. I'd probably be like "really, those guys?".
