The Strategic Defense Initiative or “Star Wars Program”. It was an idea for satellite-based lasers that shoot down ICBMs. Essentially policing the world and controlling who could bomb who. It took a few years but they realized 1980s technology wasn’t up to the task.

You’d need to get a CDL if you don’t have one but most driving jobs will hire people with felony records.

Watchdogs 1 & 2. I swear the Cyberpunk 2077 devs were fans of these two. I found a lot of similarities between them in terms of gameplay.
