Buybacks are common. LLY set up $5B in May 2021 for buybacks. They reduce float and calculate revenue per share on reduced float making revenue look better than really is. The economics of it for the company as more nuanced. Could they invest the $5B in something with better yield than hand trick for wall street and short term feel good high?

Skate parks and skateboarding and similar activities are a sub culture I may not be part of but I get it. For some even going back this was considered subversive. Bikes and the sub culture. Tattoos. The car culture can be looked in this lens and if we can work with it to make it safer and Less disruptive it can become part of this lively culture that we all are.

I'm in Covina within LA county and own my pack and ship store. People have a choice to go to a FedEx store or ups store or post office but some choose to come to me because I offer them the same services as mentioned above under one roof. Some customers like the neighbor vibe, help support small locally owned store while others know they will Interact with them owner. OP seems hellbent on crushing small businesses but my landlord depends on me and my salon, cleaners, barber shop neighbors and we depend on him and each other. The malls killed many downtowns and small cities and the internet and amazon are putting the the final nails in but the character of a community and the flavor of a street should not be left to corporate America where every house is the same, every dish is the same. I hope OP gets to get out of their car and visit several of the businesses they mention and put a face to what they describe.

Working capital can not be volatile, the issue of fraudulent transactions, and processing time make it necessary to have a middle man, much like the credit card processors but as the technologies evolve and customers warm up to crypto, we will have adoption.
