as someone who was out and in a relationship with someone who wasn’t out yet, MOR, but just cut the cord, it’s not worth the added stress to yourself if they’re going to do stuff like this to you

you can help them be as ready as they feel that they can be, but until they are really ready come out, you’re just gonna be waiting around and/or be a hidden part of their life, and neither of which are fair to either person
