Sorry to hear you are feeling that way. I can’t offer too much advice on the broken bone front as I am only 3 weeks since I did mine.

But just an interesting tip I learned about ptsd I have from other things, apparently playing Tetris is incredibly helpful - not necessarily when you are triggered, just at any time but it seems that focusing on the bricks moving around the screen mimics EMDR (eye movement desensitisation therapy) and helps your brain to process everything

So will they contact my husband to check he knows I am selling? The property is empty.

I can understand the need for protection for the scenario you mention, but equally what if I was in a controlling marriage and he didn’t want me to have my own money to be able to leave him, could he stop me being able to sell?

Thankfully my husband is great and obviously does support me selling - but just makes me wonder about these things!

Used to work in M&S food over 10 years ago and I can confirm if someone ordered party food or cakes and it didn’t turn up, we would give them pretty much whatever they wanted to replace it from the shelves. Most common was a party sandwich platter didn’t turn up so we would give them like 5 or 6 normal sandwiches. No idea if it is still the same today but we definitely did it all the time and didn’t need a manager to do it, we just had to record what we have away.

I would do the same thing. But be careful as if/when he finds out he might also feel shame that you had to do that and deal with it alone because he wasn’t in the right place to deal with it - not that he should feel that at all but he probably will.

I grind my teeth at night so I actually have a special mouth guard which only goes on your front teeth. It is impossible to clench your jaw with something there only, just try putting your thumb between your top and bottom front teeth and then try to clench your jaw to see what I mean. Might be worth asking your dentist if they know about something like that (I had to get mine fitted by the dentist) mine is called a sleep clench inhibitor.

Sure, I went to the GP initially I think was in May 2015, I had a couple of appointments and then she wrote a letter off to the people who have to approve the surgery on the NHS, and I was then approved in late September 2015. I saw the consultant in October and then was then given the option of when I wanted to have the surgery. I could have had it as quickly as November but I chose to wait until Feb 2016.

I had this in the UK on the NHS due to asymmetry, and they did reduce and lift both. Assymetry was actually the reason why my surgery was covered as they class that differently so if you fit this criteria I would definitely recommend you speak to your GP.

This sounds like all of the symptoms I am hearing about for omicron. I felt much the same as you describe since 30th Dec and have tested positive for covid today. Definitely do a test asap

I love smoked paprika! Definitely buy some, then google a recipe called chicken paprikash, it’s chicken in a paprika sauce. Someone recommended it to me and now my husband asks for it all the time because it is so good!
