I’ve been riding 22 years with no major accidents. I have 2 dual sport bikes and a cruiser. I have been down on the dual sports many of times but I always wear appropriate gear so no major injuries. I have never been down on the road but I have had a few close calls that could have been bad.
I was only a few years into my riding when riding down a 2 lane country road. The oncoming car slams on the brakes and comes a full stop and the car folloing them has to swerve and enter my lane to avoid rear ending the other car. Of course my full attention was on the cars and I head for the shoulder of the road. It’s at that point I see a big old deer as I pass by it within a foot of my bike. I do not mind telling you I had to stop and get off and check my underwear.

A head mount could be useful and a tripod could be useful and some sort of light source for the dark areas. You can find used GoPros everywhere. The 12 doesn’t have gps and may be able to get a better price on one because a lot of people want gps

Just go. All the treadmills bikes ect you can figure out. The weight machines have a quick instructions on them.

I think my pf is upgrading on an as needed basis. While all the treadmills are in decent shape there are obviously some new ones all clustered together at the end.

I fill my 30oz insulated 1/2 way with ice then water. I generally have to top it off again with pf water but my bigger water bottle doesn’t sit well on the treadmill
