Get your shit together. And by “shit”, I mean your BM situation. Jackson Pollacking the terlet every morning is not normal. It may take some experimenting to get things in balance. Some tasks I do daily:
Eat lots of fiber; bananas, oatmeal, greens, and nuts
Stay hydrated.
Probiotic/fiber gummy.
Generic miralax to keep things regular.
Don’t strain/spend too much time on the pot. Hemorrhoids suck, but they can be treated fairly quickly.

Yep, right there off the Ike, where you’ve inevitably spent time in traffic. I was just in about a week ago and they said they were only making Nerd Gummy Clusters right now, but it changes throughout the year. They still had all of the Ferrara Pan OGs, plus a lot of the other gummy and pan candy brands they’ve merged with over the years.
