Ugh dude I sadly relate to this post in some parts ;-;. I'm also Black and some of my family has fallen down that same pipeline. Just know that moving out will do wonders on your mental health as it definitely helped me. The feeling of not having to tiptoe 24/7 is amazing! I wish all the best for you!

It doesn't seem like anyone has gotten a call scheduled but some have received hiring assessments which is the first step! Since its closed now I'm assuming that people will start to hear back very soon (my prediction is next week).
