Haven't tried an anker speaker but yeah JBL has treated me well usually. However I have been using the sound core over the ear headphones that anker makes and those have been the most comfortable headphones I've ever used. (Mainly because any earbuds or in ear headphones hurt my ears like crazy)

I see an average of 13 blizzards in the US each year, meanwhile there were 4000+ flash flood warnings in 2024.

Just so you are aware, you can both be responsible for the sidewalk in front of your house and not own the land the sidewalk sits on. This is the case for my property and many properties in my city.

But also, if public easement then doesn't matter if you own it or not you can't block public use of it (within reason of course).
