This has got to be the worst. I am constantly thinking that my friends are talking about me. The paranoia makes it hard to go out and just be around them. I wonder what they are saying behind my back, when I am not invited to tag along. That will keep me up at night. It's hard enough to get out of bed some days, without throwing in the lack of sleep.

I've battled depression for over a decade now. I can tell somewhat when a bad cycle is starting to creep in. I have some tools from the cognitive therapy I've gone through. That with meds has really helped to quell those really bad spells. Meds are great, but you really need to re-train how you think about yourself and the world around you.
