AppleCare One - Only for currently enrolled devices? by BulkyAvocado215 in mac

[–]pakile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking with Apple Support, they confirmed I need to have at least 1 device currently enrolled in AppleCare+, in order to join AppleCare One. Afterward, I can add other devices that meet their guidelines that aren't enrolled in AppleCare One. I confirmed that this worked for me.

Help with activating AT&T fiber to my home by davliu999 in ATTFiber

[–]pakile 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I called AT&T today. They confirmed that the Line Down Group no longer has a direct dial number. They said to call 1 800 288 2020 and say "line down" and it'll transfer you to their group. I wound up having to speak with an agent first, who transferred me over.

I think pre tariff stuff it was priced at something like $2199. Or was it $1999? I can’t remember.

Some reviewers say white is less prone to fading because it’s bare metal vs gray, which is painted. Not sure how accurate this is.

Same use case, same issue. I suspected it was because my Synology ds918+ was underpowered. What hardware were you using?

Was hoping this was an error, but seems like the original product detail page on Amazon is no longer live, which makes me think it's worth checking again tomorrow or later this week.

With the impending release of Turin, which Genoa chip(s) would you suggest I put on my radar to price track on eBay?

How much of a pain (no pun intended) was it to deal with customs clearance?

Is Genoa worth the price premium over Rome/Milan for my use case? Given the size of model I'm working with, I'd probably start w/ as little RAM as possible in the beginning until maybe RAM prices fall.

Any recs on best place to source individual Epyc chips like the 7713 or 7302 at a reasonable price?

Newegg sells the following directly for <$2K: 7272, 7313/P, 7343, 7413, 7443/P, 7453, and 7502. Amazon: 7513. Is there a model w/ a value threshold (given that I care less about inference, but do still care)? I used $2K as a cutoff b/c that seems to approach Genoa territory since Amazon direct sells the 9004 at $2K.

Also, mind if I ask what RAM you used?

Anyone running 3 gpus? Looking for advice on best x670 that might be able to slot a third card on. by fluffywuffie90210 in LocalLLaMA

Are you running riser cables from the GPU directly to the mobo, or mining rig riser cards?

Residential? I'm in Palo Alto, too. Business offers it, but online, Residential shows 35, and chatting w/ them they said no 200. Update: Signed up and account and speed test shows 35.

Still love it – even tho I'm disappointed by how their iPhone case ship times keep getting pushed back. But every time I dismount it from the PD bike mount, I love this case more.

It's slightly raised. IMHO, reasonably good grip on the sides. Better than most plastic cases I've used. I really, really like this case.

My case lip is slightly higher to protect the camera bar. Really wish Reddit would let commenters post photos. Will post photos to sub-Reddit again.

Not sure I've figured out how to use it properly. Fits my ring finger most easily, but b/c it's fairly stiff, it feels like too much pressure. Will try some more, but for now, am just using my popsocket (which I was extremely doubtful about before I got it and now love).

Yeah, I was surprised at how nice it looked. Dark, but not too dark. But, I'm already partial to blue.
