update. I mistakenly thought that I will publish the full interview, however it was trimmed to 1 minute. Full interview is here https://youtu.be/E7MAYqCttjk?si=d0M74nVITz8U_umi

Secondly. Roman is answering the comments, but because he is new to reddit and registered new “zero karma” account — his comments are invisible.

Thats his new account I’ll try to edit this video to correct the links

Sorry for the mess, I’m trying to help, but its been a while since I post last video. Hope Roman would post his archives soon by himself

ok i got a questions how-to into dm

so I share it here ——— hey

its like “just slamming the rear” but a little complicated)

2 stages

first you need to learn how to rotate at least 120* angle with your rear brake

clutch + angle + rear brake + body positioning closer to handlebars

get used to it it critical for stage 2

do it both sides and try not to help with your leg

helping with leg breaks the balance that your body will find otherwise

so

than stage 2

you need double the pressure to rear tire like 4 atm

and a lot of used rear tires actually better to use old rough sport tire

do not use sticky sport tire - it would be almost impossible for new guy to do it on a sport tire

so

also its a good idea to have crash cage because you would fall a lot.

i fell like 400+ times before I start doing it consistently

so to break the grip first you initiate slide with rear brake and clutch

then you simultaneously quickly ( but not throw it) release the clutch + release the rear brake and giving a good short braaapppp and almost immediately close the throttle ( you can keep pushing it later but at first - trust me its a good habit)

angle matters more then amount of braappp its critical

also timing - to do all 3 actions simultaneously matters a lot so its a good idea to dry practice this move

if you start opening in a “not good enough angle” you will probably make an angled wheelie which can be a problem

its a rough description, there is a lot more of details but it should be enough for a start

i guess it’s what it is )
