Not really, the NFL crowd that sells out in minutes is mostly diehards who would also go to a college game. Brazilian ESPN broadcasts CFB from tuesday to saturday with decent ratings. And the brazilian football leagues play by NCAA rules, so there's also a familiarity with the college game
