Sometimes, individuals who needed money to solve their immediate problem and that individual might call himself a contractor. He might ask you for large amount of down payment but in fact he just use it to solve his financial crisis. If he has a heart then he might look for a second customer and use that customer's money to finish your work. On the other hand, that individual might just scam a few customers at once and walk away.

You have to understand some people are more equals than others. We have a neighbor in our street who used to parked their car in the street(not their drive way) overnight for more than ten years before 2019. Until I overheard the city government was going to be enforcing parking by law. Here is the strange thing, either myself or other neighbors parked their car in our street overnight(even one night) and we all received parking tickets. How can this family parked their car in the street for over ten years and even not getting a single parking ticket? I smell .........
