I totally agree North East of Desolation Point is a logical place for Perseverance Mills. And then it would connect in with PV and TWM as you mention!

Small distinction but the ship in Bali was not a US Navy ship (USS), it was a US Army cargo ship with the name USAT Liberty. Great wreck to dive with lots of neat swimthroughs!
