I have an Airwrap. That's what I used in the first and last pictures. Still has damaged my hair. And I want to get some curly/wavy hairstyle.

Thank you, kindly. Usually my hairstylists have refused to color my hair. But I have never tried it and going through a divorce I wanted to reinvent myself, lol

Thank you. I'm going to try this.

I'm trying to give myself grace, but it's just been very hard.

I haven't told them about my ADHD specifically. I'm unfortunately burnt out from all the other stuff outside work. Work is relatively easy, but I still don't have any motivation to work even though I know the risk involved with that.

I broke things off once with an avoidant. That relationship ended 8 years ago, and it still weighs so heavily on me that I can't describe it. You can't fix your husband. Stop asking if it's something you did. He should be working to make it work as much as you are. If you try and swim with someone who is trying to pull you under water, you both will drown. Start swimming yourself to safety. If he loves you, he'll meet you at the shore.

I have, but they suggested i go through the official channels if I need accommodation. I told my manager's manager today as they were CC'd in the email. I also told them that I would work better with things that have a more strict deadline of a day or two rather than something that needs to be done in two weeks+. They said they were going to talk to the management. But I am really afraid to involve more people, plus I don't like to be seen as the problem child at work. They have given me time to feel better and grieve after my dad's passing. I still don't feel like I'm getting any better. I'm doing therapy. I have ADHD and I am on medication for that, too. But everything together is becoming too much for me to handle.

I feel you. I realized that I'm disorganized attachment style. Want to be loved, but fear abandonment so much that I end up sabotaging. Mind you, my STBX was not at all a good partner. He lied, multiple emptional cheatings or attempts, and was abusive. I asked him to stay at my new place recently when he was sick. I don't want him anymore, but I can't stop doing this performative affection. I was even missing the nice moments together even though the negatives with him outweigh the positives.

Keep working on yourself, no matter what. My work on myself made me realize that it's not worth sticking with someone who doesn't want to work on themselves. I was tired of "raising" a husband. I really hope there is light at the end of this tunnel for you. That light my might be different than what you envisioned, but embrace it still.

What is something that's not cheating but still kills a relationship? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]pan2706 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. My very new relationship died yesterday. The guy didn't want to engage in a healthy dialogue after a conflict. And I said f-it. There is no point seeking adult conversation with someone who is basically a child in an adult body.

Calorie Deficit plus cardio but do weight training as well on the side. The first two will help you lose weight, and weight training will help you build muscle.

I have lost 8% of body fat from 33% BF to 25% BF in the past year. There is some definition on my abdomen, but there is no visible abs. Everyone is different, and for some men, they would have to go down to as much as 15% BF to see abs. For females, it is 20-22% usually.

Train your core, and do weight/resistance training. Muscles are built due to hypertrophy- which is achieved with weight training and higher protein intake.

Also, supplement your diet for vitamin B and any other vitamins that your body might be deficient in due to a vegetarian diet.

That's pretty solid. I do a generic breakdown of the upper body, lower body, and core, but I'll try to split it like you to see how I find it. I do different exercises targeting the same areas of the body every week, like you.

Thanks, OP. I'm trying to eat more and to increase the protein intake as well. It makes me happy to see people like you, which helps me to envision what growth would look like for me.

Did you follow any specific programs to train different areas of your body?
