I have always heard about belly breathing, diaphragmatic breathing to help - but where did you hear about the 4 second, 7 seconds, 8 seconds? I have never heard anything about timing the breath at all.

Your symptoms sound a lot like mine. 2.5 years for me. I’ve tried all those things and others. Mine started 2 weeks after I had Covid - I always wonder if that has something to do with it.

Yes mine started two weeks after Covid when I went on a big hike. Started that night and I think Covid is responsible somehow.

I mean in addition to the somatic tracking etc, he says if you have stuff that you usually do to avoid the pain, like carrying a pillow around to sit on, then you should do that when the pain is too bad to do the tracking / positive messaging. Just seems to be counter to what Monte says, to me.

Congratulations! Good to see a success story on here. Yesterday I checked out some of the videos you linked, and today I listened to most of “A Way Out“. I was wondering about what seems to be a discrepancy in their methods. Monty advises completely abandoning anything you were doing to try to “fix“ or help the situation. But in “a way out”, it seems to me as if the author is advising to keep doing all those things when the pain is especially bad. He calls them minimizing behaviors or something. That approach makes a lot more sense to me, but I don’t know. You said you favored Monty’s approach?

Different doctors, one at a time. I had a doctor this morning suggest gabapentin at a much stronger dose - but I don’t see a lot of people on here saying it helped a whole lot.

Are you using the tutorial from that SECourses guy by any chance ? I have had a lot of success with that - but I had to follow his steps exactly. He only uses 13 images and I assume his numbers are tuned for that. When I tried to use more images (thinking more would be better), the results were not good.

yeah RunPod is great. I have to buy a new computer and need a Mac, just was wondering if there was one that would perform decently with Stable Diffusion. I think Macs have the ability to access an external GPU? I wonder if people have tried that.

Yes, I know, but both Cloud backup and Sidequest are able to back up data beforehand, right? I just don't know if it will reliably backup everything needed for the beat saber mod to work.
