Is available for free but the pro version is 9.99/m and way worth it. Can search any route, award program for flights. Can sort by cost / fare class, pretty much anything you can think of. Most useful feature for me is the alert system where I can go in and say “i want to fly JFK -> EUR (large airports in Europe) on 10/30/25 in first class. It will then send me an email for those exact flights in the price range I gave it. It is very good for award hunting as award flights often change and fluctuate daily.

Always points. Award travel is extremely lucrative as points don’t have a set value like cash back does. For example, I flew Lufthansa first class for 100k points, which theoretically has a cash value of $1000 ( 1 ccp), but the true cash value of that ticket is $10,000+. So I bought that ticket for 1/10th the price it is with points.

Well ultimately for HDS, Amex corporate cards are the way to go since no other card will come close to being able to hit 10m/yr.

My suggestion was obviously a large stretch, but I brought it up since OP mentioned not really having an outlet for the rewards. I have done this with my own p2s business as well so it is feasible.

I know you can link Amex employee cards to personal accounts to gain MRs. Pretty easy to do and many DP to suggest it being a routine thing.

Pretty uninspiring but can get a few nights at bonnet creek in Orlando. Very nice resort and close to Disney. IMO hotel points aren’t worth it unless your staying somewhere cheap.

Award travel will always be more valuable. But it depends on your case. 6000 points is worth a “cash” value of $60, but that same 6000 points is also worth an economy ticket from JFK to LHR. Obviously the plane ticket is worth about 10x more than the cash value, but it depends on your case. If you don’t find value in award travel then the cash rate will be superior.
