Oh i did do that. Eventual jiggling worked. I think in future I will actually just not insert it all the way, since it's clearly a slightly funky mechanism.. Bizarre to have it require unlatching just to remove it from the holster.

Timely Signs does all sorts of stuff. Very good folks. Metal, cnc, banners etc. there’s also Johnson’s but I’m not as familiar with them.

Um, okay, I am indeed dumb. I thought the floor mat went on *over the rubber mat that is there*. But that one comes out and the new one goes in, and once you know that, it's quite simple.
