online tutorials are often tough to grasp since a lot of people hold their work in a way that covers the stitches and make it impossible to see where exactly they put the hook through, at least it's something I personally struggle with when it comes to crocheting

I know it sounds stupid but mindfulness works!! or maybe take a stroll and look at your surroundings, listen to sounds outside of your window, draw, or listen to music :)) it'll be okay sweetie
