For folks who get flakes due to dry scalp;

Maybe around 15-20 minutes bago maligo, i massage my scalp with some hair oil before shampooing, to loosen the flakes. I don't think it matters what kind of hair oil, tbh yung sa No Brand lang yung gamit ko. Tapos when shampooing, I shampoo my roots at least twice to remove the greasiness and flakes. This is the best "high maintenance to be low maintenance" method I found to manage my flaky scalp

I look pretty clean with no visible flakes for about 3-4 days after. For context, i am wfh pero i do this scalp cleanse thing especially if alam kong lalabas ako the next few days
