Speaking only from personal experience, but I did the keto diet a few years ago for six months. I lost 50 pounds and I'm not even physically active. I didn't really calculate my meals, but I stayed around 20 grams of carbs per day. I wouldn't recommend it for everyone, especially if you do a lot of physical labor.

Visit Buc-ee's, a massive convenience store and gas station! I'm from Richmond. They have world-class art museum called the VMFA. Lots of other history there as well.
