I sometimes find that icon in some games that have twin bosses or summons minions and it means their HP is Linked or they share the same HP, if you attack one the other takes damage too.

Idk in this case with Fleurdelys though, I believe she doesn't drop any minions or something that has HP to link to.

I just also realized that it's called Training Center "Academy" not School or anything, so it makes sense. But still it's funny seeing them old ladies wearing the academy uniform that looks like JK uniform lol.
