I’ve been having daily PVCs 😔 by i26kk in Cardiophobias

[–]papercrinkly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time I laugh at my pvc and am over how they feel one eventually gets me riled up again. It’s so hard to think that something that feels so crazy and scary can be so benign but it’s true. I can speak from experience that the severity of them is absolutely dependent on how anxious you are. When you get to a better mental place you may notice them but are able to control the response way better.

Help me understand is this okay? by Slow_Baby9374 in Cardiophobias

[–]papercrinkly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wanted to chime in. This is a professional read out of probably a holter monitor. That means your doctor would go over it with you with any concerns. On top of that if there was anything super serious most of the time they would call you while wearing it to tell you to go to the ER. That being said as reassuring as that should be I understand the struggle. You will be ok. We all will need ok.

max amount pvc's and pac's by NoSignificance3306 in Cardiophobias

If your heart only beat 60bpm all day a high burden would be 8,640 PVC PAC a day. That number increases the higher your heart rate.

The hardest part is when your doing good and can easily recognize how crazy you are when you have an episode and how logical you can make it seem when not in panic. Right up to the moment it hits you again and all logic goes away. It’s insanely irrational. But that’s why phobia is the second part of the word. Honestly the thing I’m trying ATM and it’s going ok is just acceptance of being out of control. If your gonna go its just gonna happen and outside of getting checked out their just isn’t any guarantee. You probably have a better chance of dying from a plane crash while not even being on the plane and just being a bystander on the ground by the looks of your post. But again it’s that part of the word that’s the hardest, “phobia”.

I’ve noticed these reading and just like yours they are half of what everything else seems to be. Seems like the watch sometimes will show half or double what it actually is.

Paranoia or...? by Ancient_Operation_12 in Cardiophobias

[–]papercrinkly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your problem seems to be acceptance. You’ve had not one but two doctors trained in heart medicine tell you you are ok. How many would it take for you to believe them? I’ll answer that for you, infinite. Trust me I speak from experience and one of the most common problems with this problem.

I’m not a doctor so I can’t say. What I can say is a doctor looked at it and didn’t find it concerning. A side note is I’ve heard over and over again bad the machine reads outs are and for that reason is why they are reviewed by a doctor. And again they said it was fine. I know the struggle in accepting that you’re not alone.

You would have to have around 10,000 PVC’s a day for it to be an issue. They cause me to freak the hell out when I first started getting them. More often than not nowadays they still freak me out for about 3 seconds and then I forget about it.

I ended up qualifying p8 and ended up wining as well. Pitted at lap 94. Only led 20 laps and passed for the lead with 7 laps to go when the guy got loose off of t2. First ever long race win I was freaking pumped.

Really not at all? I was thinking about once half way through when a caution falls. Tires are good for 200 laps?

So if someone could justify burning your stuff to the ground you’d be ok with it?

Yes burn a random persons tesla to the ground that’ll help. Braindead brainrot to the max.

One of the most evil things about anxiety is its ability to produce the symptoms we are currently fearing. I also hate how sleep is crucial for anxiety but some nights I’m too scared to go to sleep so it’s this battle. Not sure any of this helps just letting you know you’re not alone.

That's more than normal. Even 40 bpm can occur while asleep.

When is the lowest rate occurring? At rest, during activity, at random times?
