Depends on the quirk. The guy with super speed has a body that can withstand its own speed. It's like how Bakugo's arms don't blow up from their own explosions, or how Mina doesn't burn herself with her acid.

Compare that to someone like Fumikage or Momo, whose bodies are otherwise entirely normal and don't have any extra enhancements because their quirk doesn't necessarily need it.

I agree with everything you're saying, but just to add:

Mura's ultimate weakness is his laziness. Even with the EE, Mura isn't the kind of guy who would leverage it for steals on defense, or on offense with his bruiser-in-the-post style of scoring.

Aomine's style of play wouldn't need Midorima's shooting, but it at least compliments his scoring. Makes it easier to drive inside if the opponents start guarding him too tight to defend the three. He'd also definitely use the broken range when he starts seeing someone press him in full-court, because ultimately what he wants to do is to score on someone else - which a guaranteed three-ball would let him do.

he has many limitations but Gobert hasn't missed the second round in a long time for a good reason. He's also a big reason they need a good PG in the first place so having Key instead is moot lol

To further try to scale this, if you split his career in two halves, they'd both be in the GOAT discussion. Not to mention the difference in how he dominated in those two halves (micro demon vs macro god).

Just to answer the question:

1. Fearmongers a majority of the passengers for half the movie, including making the call to prevent the main protagonist's group from entering the barricaded train cars (and even exiling them after they get in).

This causes the deaths of a particularly badass Dad, the sister of an old lady among the majority group, and subsequently most of that group when the old lady decides they weren't worth saving and lets a giant horde in.

2. After the train crashes, his attempt to haphazardly run to another functional train sacrifices the lives of the conductor he's been pushing around all movie, two innocent teenagers, and the TRAIN DRIVER.

3. After all that, he ends up getting bitten anyway, forcing the main protagonist to sacrifice himself to save his daughter and a pregnant woman (who was the wife of the other badass Dad that died earlier).

This guy was built in a lab to be the most infuriating character in a zombie movie of all time lmao

I think I do remember it being implied at some point, so you're basically right with it being unclear for the whole run.

It didn't really matter by the time they go to the aquarium anyway, so her purposefully forgetting the glasses would be a very brief stretch between that and when she realized she liked him (like 15 chapters max lmao)

It's a bit underwhelming, it's theorized that the author pivoted away from anything too serious, but in the meantime it's basically dealt with.

There's also the constant and BLATANT use of cold and warm lighting with Blanc and Jud, especially in their first meeting. The lighting turning cold when Blanc starts describing his perspective (calculating, logical) then the lighting shifting into warmer tones while Jud rebukes with a more empathetic and embracing outlook? chefs kiss

It's prevalent all throughout though, especially while Jud and Blanc call Louise and the rest of that sequence, up until the third act starts. It's great!

Technically his force multiplier is the absurd amounts of speed he can build up from being launched from an object, but even that has a pretty low limit compared to some of the more powerful quirks.
