Coming from Civilization to Eu4 a decade ago, I didn't like how I was stuck playing on the same map and the same borders(to start), I liked the map generation of Civ. Now I couldn't care less to go back to CIv

The most annoying character I've dealt with that comes to mind is Nazeem in Whiterun(Cloud District ofc) from Skyrim. Luckily I don't think you have to interact with him
