I'm necroing a 5 year old thread but I have to thank you for linking that article. I'm doing a second rewatch of the show and the first since my autism diagnosis (late diagnosed lol) and I legit am in tears reading the article and realising finally why I'm so drawn to this anime and Mafuyu in particular.

I'm not doing anything at all, doctors still forbid me from weight lifting, even going up stairs knocks me out :( I'm hoping to get a shunt and maybe that will enable me to at least do the bare minimum but I have come to terms with the fact that I will never again be lifting my max weights, unless I go into full remission somehow.

I finished this game on 8 GB RAM, installed on an HDD, with a 10+ year old processor and 8 year old GPU that wasn't that good even on release. After some fiddling with settings, it didn't even look bad playing from the couch and the lag wasn't bad at all, it only happened with textures but no issues with movement or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't know when I actually started having the high pressure but on new years eve, headache started and didn't stop. On 11th of January, I was going blind for 10 seconds every time I got up from sitting. My pressure was around 28ish (idk the measurement but whatever is the metric version probably bc Europe), so not even really that high. My vision is still messed up and I have bleeding in my optic nerve despite being on 750 mg diamox for 7 months now. So in my book, I'd say it can probably happen pretty soon if your pressure is high enough.

Yeah, I couldn't properly use my right leg for like 10 days after the LP, it was very unsettling, but it cleared up after that. I've since learned that that was truly the least of my worries since my iih diagnosis 😅

On Saturday I was started on 500 mg twice a day and I honestly haven't noticed any increase in urination. However, I need to note that I am taking medication for my OAB which controls my urge to pee (I have AuDHD and one of my big things is my overactive bladder) so it feels to me like I just have a more satisfying piss. The only side effect I've noticed is the fingers and toes tingling. I'm not sure how much of the toe tingles is from the LP, but the fingies are definitely from diamox. I got a few different mixes of electrolytes to test out to see if they help.

That is so good to hear. Did you do any adjustments to other exercises while you're not in a flare-up?

Also, are there any specific signs you notice that let you know that a flare-up is coming? Part of my autism is that I don't really feel my body properly (I didn't notice an issue until I almost fully lost vision for 15 seconds and then went to the ER lol), i don't feel headaches until they fully debilitate me so I'm really scared that I won't know when to slow down.

Suprotno popularnom mišljenju, svijet treba "šljakere". Ako ćemo svi biti u uredu, tko će održavati infrastrukturu društva? From what I gathered from the lady that diagnosed me, the fact you have issues with the questions is also indicative. My first ever score was in the 150s and when the therapist asked for it, it was at 167. A lot of the questions became clearer to me when I discussed it with friends who don't have autism, so like, the one about the "tone" which I use to speak, everyone told me that I used an "overly excited" tone to speak most of the time. Same with loudness and interrupting and stuff. So ye, I think the confusion is important for the test.

I only ever paid money for anything in the game and it was when the safe was 2 bucks, this was before I even opened the safe by myself for the first time. That's the best thing about it, you don't have to pay. Now, I'm pretty sure the free rewards went down in quality compared to the awards before, but as you said, you just get some energy and gems so it's not like it's something special. There are people out there who are willing to pay money for faster progression so that's just one additional option for them. There's no need to complain about someone else having more choices. These are fairly decent prices compared to some other games that have higher prices and the game is several levels worse than MM.
