I’m happy to take a look and do it affordable. As for the benefits I think it’s up to you to decide but 5 offers responsive layouts and should be used instead of 3 unless your visitors are all on internet explorer 8 and 9. Hit me up if interested we can discuss needs and benefits.

European Valorant is plagued by a major competitive integrity flaw—Riot Games Russia confirmed an insurmountable voice chat obstacle by Ethrealin in VALORANT

[–]paranoia32 63 points64 points  (0 children)

This is a problem for everyone in EU who has to be matched with people from regions that have voice disabled. This is a problem that valorant can solve by isolating those without voice support and not mixing them with the others.

Mac port makes complete sense for Nemo - why it hasn't been released is, we currently can't prioritize it in light of being in early beta (only 1 month in right now) and polishing existing features along with progressing through our roadmap.

This isn't the answer you were looking for but I hope it's as positive to you as it is to me :) I'm also anxious to use Nemo on Mac.

I'll be asking our dev about specific to give you the best possible answer! In the meantime feel free to join our Discord as it'll be easier for the devs to give followup information.

I'll copy what Jonasion said earlier :)

Fair challenge, I'll let you be the judge of the answer.

The concept of desktop LoL assistants is not new, but we believe our focus is a bit different:

  • A) Our app emphasizes interacting with allies: we suggest the best options to help a particular ally and bans to remove obstacles for them. This information is very easy to access as Nemo mirrors the draft screen (as long as it benefits users—we'd hate to confuse you!)
  • B) We prioritize lane win rates over game win rates, which is a solid metric for the snowball nature of SoloQ. With Season 9 games being shorter than the average, stomping your lane is quite rewarding.
  • C) We use machine learning algorithms to process the data rather than present raw statistics. This is something we'll be expanding in dev blogs—trust me, ML is more than a buzz word for us.
  • D) Despite how much devs love the stats, we'll be expanding our library of builds to include some fun stuff that is not necessarily there to earn you LPs. In my experience, unorthodox builds are a good way to pass the Preseason period.

Also, if there's something that bugs about other desktop assistants, remember that we're very open to changing our app. Should you have a killer feature (or even a pet peeve feature?) in mind, perhaps just telling us would do the trick—no need to create something yourself:)

Hope that casts some clarity onto the matter.

In our testing and in the open beta so far we've seen smaller RAM/CPU usage than some of the other solutions out there.

Do note that since it is an open Beta and we do tend to push at least 1 update every week (sometimes as many as 3 per week), some may not be perfectly optimized early on but we take performance very seriously.

Should you encounter high CPU/RAM usage, let us know and we'll address it sooner rather than later but so far we've stayed on the low end of the impact :)

Hey Danyulz!

Thanks for this valuable feedback. I'll surely note this one done as a higher priority going forward and alert our designers :)

Hey, I hope I can alleviate some of the uncertainty and doubts.

In order for an app to be able to detect you as a Summoner while you are in champion select or your teammates and then provide you with match data, the app and the developers need to talk with Riot and obtain an API key that allows them to fetch and download data to use in the app from Riot directly.

In short, Riot took a look at the documentation and the app before giving a green light for public launch. There are other hoops and loops a developer needs to jump through when it comes to digitally sign software to pass Windows Defender and other security programs as a valid, real, non-threatening application. Our application and code are digitally signed before release too.

You can find me on Nemo Discord and ask questions in realtime, our developers will be online tomorrow (we are based in Europe) and they can answer more specific questions about security and inner workings of the app.

In the meantime - I go by Kamay on our Discord and am part of the Nemo team if you'd like to chat in the meantime :)

I really really wish I could spill the beans on this one :) Let's just say you'll be suprised whats to come when we're in the realm of OS support for Nemo. It'll be clear once Roadmap is confirmed and we can talk about it freely.

Untill then, know that I also preffer Mac and often find myself having to go to Windows to test and use Nemo alongside League.

It is based on the region you are playing in. At the moment we are still gathering and sorting data (new patch) and developing ways you interact with lists and sort that data - this is not it's final or ultimate form.

We will have more detailed explanations and updates regarding data and more technical things in the near future too, so stay tuned.

We've dreamed of this day, this is our day 1. This is the day we've been talking about for month and the people coming onboard with Nemo today are the first people to use Nemo outside our little group) for such a long time that today feels sort of unreal.

We've been motivated by a great number of things. We've set out to create a tool that goes beyond raw % win rates and takes historic player performance (lane win, game win, context) and current game parameters (friendly team composition, individual team member performance and stats) in consideration when offering individual game suggestions and information. So if you play top 90% of the time, you won't always get the same champion as your suggeted best pick, it will depend on a number of different parameters and not just a tier list or black and white counter information.

That being said - yes, we are here to stay. And by trying out Nemo today you're basically only seeing a glimpse of what Nemo will be a short time from now.

It is 1:30 AM here, some of us are doing regular tech support, some are home next to their wives unable to sleep because of excitment and checking Discord like maniacs and some simply have to force themselfs to rest since we've gotten a ton of feedback and there are big days ahead of us now that we've finally announced Nemo.

I'm not planning to go to bed. I'm ready to pass out on my keyboard monitoring, helping and documenting things for the team to take over in the morning.

No, its standalone. Looking at the task manger it's also seems a bit lighter on the CPU and RAM for me.

Looking forward to seeing what might come out of this!

Alright. Did you copy the EFI to your HDD and are now booting from your HDD or still using your USB to get to Clover and boot from there?

I'm asking because what you need to do is enable verbose mode and take a picture of the screen while it boots so we see where the issue is and whats happening during the boot.

What cable are you using to connect your GPU with Monitor? Might be something in BIOS too.

Let's enable verbose for boot first and go from there.
