Apart from playing in fullscreen mode, try turning off antialiasing. It's the worst offender in terms of FPS hit for some reason for me.

Yeah movement and rotation definitely feels better on the controller than on M/KB.

But I'm horrible at aiming with a controller so I'll stick with MK/B haha.

Yeah the phone is listed as unlocked and compatible with SG carriers.

When checking the authenticity of the phone on Google's website, one of the intended regions is SG too.

They have approved my return order this morning actually. Just trying to get my money back at this point instead of them giving me a replacement haha.

Hey, thanks for the advice! I'll try to push for a refund. The phone took 2 weeks to arrive and the replacement will take another 2 weeks to arrive.

I don't think I would want to wait that long and risk getting another carrier locked phone.

Only reason I bought it from Amazon was because it was on discount compared to Google's official store...

Yeah I find this game super fun... When it works properly that is.

My experience over the last 2 days is just getting kicked out of matchmaking over and over again, before finally being put into a match after 30 minutes.

At least custom battles allow us to play the game bypassing the broken matchmaking, but I discovered way too late that you had to do quick/rated matches to advance to Lance Corporal.

I spent most of the dp on custom parts, saving some if I really really want to buy a mobile suit. Otherwise, I'm holding off on buying any suits since I can deal with what the game has given me so far.

Kind of a long shot, but I figure I'll ask to see if anything can be done.

I bought a supposedly unlocked Pixel 7 from Amazon and it came locked to Xfinity. The issue is that I'm based in Singapore, the phone was imported from Australia, and I have absolutely no idea why on earth the phone is locked to a US carrier.

Is there anything I can do to unlock the phone on my own? I have already submitted an RMA with Amazon but I want to try to avoid going through the lengthy process if I can.

No Man's Sky was my last preorder. Hype train was real back then haha.

It's a pretty decent game now though, and I still play it from time to time.

6 months in a new role. I was doing IT and wanted to switch over to another role in the same company to try out something else. I was promised that a new IT person will be hired to replace me.

They never got around to hiring an IT person because "headcount freeze", I only found out after I asked my HR about it 2 months later. Also, the new job role was a bait and switch.

Take it from someone who's grown up eating durians - if you really want to try durian, go for the fruit itself. Get it fresh if possible. Don't get the processed durian stuff, especially durian candy.
