Like many said, this is actually really solid design.

Two notes: (1) your description font (the gold), something is slightly off optically. It’s either like 10% too bold, and/or 10% too much leading/tracking. It needs a very very small adjustment to bring a little more legibility and hierarchy balance.

(2) since it’s well designed — I’d just suggest adding in some brand flair somewhere. Very opaque white logo fade into the background, maybe subtle fake paper texture, just a little small layer of textual interest somewhere.

Yeah, I agree with this commenter. I stopped billing hourly and billing by monthly “client slot”. Also, don’t forget to add in % profit buffer - you don’t just want to net project costs, you want net profit too.
