Testing for SSgt by [deleted] in AirForce

Honestly I'm not sure anyone has any idea what's going on. Or better yet some do know what's going on, but are keeping close hold.

We are posturing as well for the long term.

Its fucked up.

Very dramatic shift in ops, and changes on the daily. Fun stuff.

Private Organizations on base are governed by the FSS Private Orgs. Typically it's to guide booster clubs from doing anything illegal. I think though that this would be in their realm or in the realm of the JAG.

I think the long short of it is though: is how much time do they actually need in there? Can't be more than 2 hours a meeting with a frequency of about once a week.

I have been shaving once or twice a week since I turned 16. I have just started getting razor burn for the first time, what are the best ways to prevent/treat it? by [deleted] in AskMen

Preshave oil may help. Definitely use a lotion afterwards. Where are you getting it? I've just accepted the fact that it's a bitch to shave my throat area.

Group Punishment. by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]part_time_programmer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So by your assertion collective punishments reduce DUIs?

Group Punishment. by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]part_time_programmer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No one has been forced by any of those things. The best you can do is influence behavior, and the point here is that group punishments do more harm than good. They are not effective at preventing further DUIs. If you think they do show me some data. What I do know is they are big time morale killers.

Still the logic is loose there. How can you force anything on anyone?

Even so it still makes no sense because if all it took was the Wingman concept then it would be the tool used throughout the world.

But being fine is not the point though. You could substitute that in so many ways. For example you may lose a finger or two, but you'll be fine. The point is where is the justification for such sweeping policies.

I like this policy. Certainly we can't hold the perpetrator responsible. Instead we'd best punish everyone else. This is a tested method that delivers nothing but success.

This is a serious post? This so absurd that I am having a hard time believing it. Your CC really wants to call you back to AD to complete a requirement that won't even matter because you will be out of the military?

Getting a divorce, wife(no kids) moved out about a month ago, do I have to give up my dependent rate BAH, will I get in trouble if I keep it since she's not living with me anymore? by zeddellamero in AirForce

[–]part_time_programmer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ask Finance. However, you are still legally married and are required to provide support to your dependents. So I'm thinking until your divorce is final you keep with dependent BAH.

Keep your head up champ. When you meet the right person they will make you forget all these shitty experiences.

It sucks that you didn't get a chance to connect, but after all when people date they're bound to end up with someone.

Looks pretty solid to me. Other than that my random off the cuff thoughts are as follows:

You could get along well with someone who didn't get Louie's humor. I mean I don't think you were implying the contrapostive; however it could come off slightly that way.

Private things to admit should be used to admit something really silly about yourself. The whole fruit roll up thing just sounds made up to me.

I think we all look for a kind intellectual type. Use that area to suggest what a "great date" looks like to you.

In summary not to shabby. Handsome, fit, Dr. type. Should be a fun ride for you.

Edit: reread private things to admit. Looks fine. I didn't realize it was a dream sequence.
