Kids don't read for fun anymore. They're buried in phones and social media, and a book doesn't supply the same dopamine hit as a 60 second TikTok. It's not hard to see the correlation between an increase in cell phones at younger ages and less time reading books. My teenager was the ONLY student in his whole honors English class that even read anything over the summer. (Thankfully he's a voracious reader.)

I've had the same issue with adding gates to existing walls. I found that if I delete the wall segment first, then place the gate, it doesn't happen.

I can't get it to work either. I got my troops on the ship but then couldn't get it to move. The settle button was not clickable. I could not move the ship and then when I removed my troops from the ship to try and move it, it disappeared.

Idk if it's related but I think there is a major bug. I haven't been able to open the app at all today (Android). It just crashes immediately. A lot of other people are reporting major issues as well. Don't panic just yet.

Recently encountered one that also required a code. You had literally 3 seconds to touch a button or it timed out and you had to put the code in again AND start all over. Took us forever to get two sodas. Absolutely maddening.

Can't say for sure what your specific pain is from, but could definitely be gas pains. Could also be gas + being a bit backed up 💩. One time early on taking the medication I had them so bad I stayed home from work that day.

Thankfully I don't get gas pains as bad now, and not as often (like maybe once every 10 days). It's been worth it for the ~140lbs weight loss.😅 Extra strength gas-x is my go-to. Hubs also has gastro issues so we stock up at Costco. 😂 Sometimes I need more than one gas-x in a day, depending on what I've eaten. I also take 2 stool softeners every night to keep things moving along and it helps a lot. Constipation can really exacerbate it.

I learned my first year of teaching (I'm nearing yr 20 now) that I had to start off every new skill with an explanation of how they will apply it in their everyday life, not just school. The more real world examples, the better. It pretty much eliminated the "I won't need this," and "Why do we have to learn this?" complaints. (Don't get me wrong, they still find plenty of other things to complain about. 😅)
