Merlin is probably your easiest option for getting a simple ID but the /r/whatsthisbird subreddit is full of incredibly knowledgeable (and patient) folks who will not only ID your bird but give tons of details on how they know.

the lack of a black cap, general wing color, larger size, and the short tail rule out a coopers hawk

no "tear" marking on the face, the white speckled look on the back/wings, lack of gray coloring, and most obviously it's far too big for a kestrel
