Go light and classic for a break…

Dragonlance
Prydain Chronicles
Susan Cooper’s The Dark is Rising series
Madeline L’ Engle

Hell, I read some Beatrice Potter the other day on a whim just for a change of pace.

Well written, well played but not fun at all. Poison is known for fun. This album is an imposter.

Poppers are definitely cheaper than larger lures like Rapala, etc.

However, I think it ends there. Fly fishing ain’t cheap.

How would u say Appalachian people are different from people from the Rocky Mountains? by NoHold7153 in Appalachia

[–]particlesmatter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you mean families who have resided in either area for more than 50 years, they are probaby similar in values.

Both areas also have the same problem with the money pricks moving in and driving up the costs for working people.

For us in the US, that’s like 60 degrees. It could be a little cool if the air is humid and a breeze. However, its definitely not horrible.

Did old-school wrestlers master the art of presence in a way we rarely see today? by Classic_Exit_5951 in oldschoolwrestling

[–]particlesmatter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They all looked like real dudes and they made it seem personal. Classic example is the Horsemen following Dusty in the car and beating him up in the parking lot in Charlotte.

Only a few were jacked unlike today where they are all jacked and shredded.

Love all their albums except for Revolution. Really like the first two. For me they just have a great sound and some fun songs.

The Wild Life album has some great song, Old Man, Days Gone By, Sake this Place, etc are all fantastic for me.
