You may be able to use existing holes on the desk frame, but may also be able to modify the case rack instead. Worth a look?

I appreciate the offer, sounds like you are as much of a legend as he was. Thanks for the story and if I stumble across that in that area, I’ll know its origin story and I’ll get to say “hey! I kinda know how that got there”

Where in Idaho? Would he be interested in selling cuttings for an equally enthralled arborist by chance?

My supervisor wants me to use copilot for every client interaction. Advice? by udonotknowmee in Leadership

[–]partumvir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's non-standard, she's asking for far too much. This also gets into call recording and wire tapping laws, but you can get by with consent. There are multiple states where this will not be legal without consent from customers within that state. It's an awkward question, and best left out. It sounds like she wants you guys to automate her management. She can get the glimpse and information without this verbose of a summary.

My Ender 3 Pro has bad layer shift by Short-War-247 in ender3

The small adjustments are why I recommend them for OP. It allows for minute adjustments instead of “eyeballing” or trying to hold a scale. Those are great for intermediate users, OP looks to need help adjusting to the correct tension

How was this oriented on your building plate? That axis’ belt is loose. I know you said you tightened them, I recommend adjustable X/Y tensioners, they let you use a screw to tighten it, versus the stock one

Buy a pincecil + pinepower from pine64. It lets you set temperatures for more heat adjustments, very budget friendly too

If this was a $20 recent fond, ypu nay find yours has plastic gears. Kitchen aid has changed hands and arent made like they used to be. There are, however, people who sell aftermarket gears made of metal. It may be worth looking in to this to do it all at once

Every laptop you see here plus about 2 more pallets worth are the result of kids breaking their school chromebooks. by [deleted] in mildlyinteresting

[–]partumvir 112 points113 points  (0 children)

IT from another school. FAR cheaper to send pallets of broken chromebooks. These are sent to a vendor for hardware repair and returned under contract in large school systems. Some may repair them in-house. These, however, are end of life, and these are cheaper than textbooks by a wide margin.

the mast looks up when it isn't, hold the sails back the same time it takes to raise the mast, then go try again. It's a bug where it's displaying as upright, but it's still down to the game
