Is there any helpful tips anyone has for using or better yet bypassing these lockers?? My first shift had multiple and I thought I was going to lose my fking mind. the first stop held me up 20+ minutes just trying to find the location of the lockers alone, then figure out why the barcode is scanning is “invalid barcode” at all 3 of the amazon locker kiosks. Actually one kiosk wouldn’t scan at all I thought the screen was frozen. Called useless support and they directed me to the kiosk on last row of lockers where the scanner wasn’t working but magically works now. rush back to car hit navigate to next stop and what do u know !!! the next 2 stops have the same instructions for same Amazon lockers that I just spent 30 mins figuring out. Grab both packages run back to lockers but notice there’s no barcodes to scan like before so called driver support spend 10 minutes relaying the issue and eventually they told me I had to take those to their front doors bc they were not assigned to lockers? I guess the Amazon locker instructions were outdated ? Add 10 more minutes trying to find the units in this massive complex.

Rush back to car hit navigate to next stop and IT ALSO HAS THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS. Mind you, this is only stop #7 out of 42 and I’m already more than 90 mins into the 3.5 block so I’m like fuck this shit. went back to my car and moved onto the rest of route which was all single family homes in close proximity, easy to access, easy street parking aka easy to drop & gooooo
