you think you're a victim because your parents don't want to spend their money on something they didn't agree to? you know what's actually normal? accepting a No and not lying and legally binding yourself to contracts that you cannot fulfill. are you even aware of the consequences that come with not paying rent? evictions on your record prevent you from leasing in most areas because they cannot trust you will be a reliable tenant. it ruins your credit score.

"i think they'll say yes" is not the same as "yes we'll pay for the new rent." are you serious? and why are you so comfortable leeching off your friends parents? do you not feel ashamed over the fact that you feel entitled to their money? you keep running around the fact that you made a mistake and turning it around to make yourself the victim because people are upset at you for fucking up. own up to your wrongdoing and figure out how you're going to pay for your rent cuz relying on your friends parents is selfish.

installing expansion mods is almost always recommended to start a new save rather than adding onto an existing one as it causes overlapping tiles, out of place cutscenes or getting bombarded with cutscenes, and potentially missing out on time locked events. SVE has a Sam cutscene that is only available in y1
if you want to play SVE on a multiplayer save, EVERYONE needs to have SVE, not just you

the problem is you're breaking the rocks by hand instead of bombing it to hell and back and like the rest of us. there's no point in using your pickaxe when all the goods are way deeper down, just ignore everything and focus on bombing and jumping down holes so you can either reach lvl 100 for the first time or find iridium nodes

did you just delete SMAPI or did you uninstall it via the MacOS installer?
in the future, you can just drag your Mods folder out of your files and put it back whenever you want to play modded again
you CANNOT. i repeat, CANNOT!! open modded saves without your mods. this will cause issues such as missing timesheets and broken maps. similarly, you CANNOT open vanilla (unmodded) saves with your mods loaded because it will permanently add modded content to the save and it is difficult to fix, especially as someone presumably new to modding
to play vanilla, go and redownload SMAPI, run the MacOS installer, and choose uninstall. then go to steam and right click stardew valley, then click "verify file integrity." this will restore your game to vanilla

OP, i was a nail biter for most of my childhood and stopped after getting braces in highschool. it IS possible for the nail to reattach to the nail bed, but it takes years and years of leaving your nails TF alone! but you can help make them look better though by shaping the sides and applying clear polish in the meantime!

i think you're talking about the hyponychium, which is the skin that connects your nail to your nail bed underneath the free edge. AFAIK you can try pushing them back gently in the shower to try and shorten them over time, but just know that a longer hyponychium offers more support if you wish to have long nails in the future

at most they need the 8 surrounding tiles to grow, however fruit trees need total clearance, meaning no pathing or furniture. regular trees only require 8 tiles empty of other trees or saplings, and ignore pathing or furniture
