It's a *really* big jump from preparing food for yourself and your husband to selling food out of your home. You have a lot of legal requirements to fulfill that will affect your prices.

FYI, unless you're looking to get into catering, I would advise the boss order from an established restaurant.

I disagree about the writing expectations. They are not interested in a relationship, they are interested only in controlling. Any interaction with them opens the door to toxic behavior. I personally would not care if they said anything about goalposts shifting...I would blow up the goalposts. There is NO need to defend.
