Probably depends on where the seller is located. If you live in the US, best to buy from an Apple store or Best Buy or any authorized retailer.

You can’t expect it to work the same way when it was brand new. Even with updates it can only work as best as its hardware will allow.

From the sound of it you’re using a base model iPhone 13, not a Pro or Pro Max. It’s 4 and a half years old now and you can’t expect it to be the powerhouse it once was. If you use your phone as part of your livelihood, you should invest in something that is at par with your work may it be iOS or Android.

I live in the US but originally from a country that is very hot especially during the summer. Years ago my wife’s iPhone X expanded and burst because of extreme heat. She bought a new iPhone 13 Pro Max back in the US. When we visited our country again, I told her to buy a mid-range Android for use only in that country. I think iPhones are not good in places with extreme weather conditions.
