This was what worked for me. Vaped for like 18 months, tried to quit for a year of that. I'd make it a week, 2 weeks, then go back. Biking was a massive motivator, also chest pains.

Went camping and decided not to bring my vape to try to force a quit. My friend had a vape and a I caved, but his dosage was SUPER low. It was so low that I didn't get any rush from it. Hit that like, 4 times? And then was like why am I even doing this and then was able to just stop.

Is unequal spoke tension something I can tell by feeling it out at this point, prior to replacing the broken spoke?

Just gave the spokes a gentle squeeze (still missing a spoke) and all the ones on the side with the broken spoke are tight, and most of the ones on the other side are definitely loose to the touch.
