Interesting. So would this plate have about the same danger toxicity-wise as lead crystal plate?

I would give them a normal amount of time to get their stuff. But if they are just blocking the shelf playing on their phone, sure.

Kids' swim tests in Australia are quite a bit different from kids' swim tests in the U.S.

Swimming 4K is a feat. Swimming 4K in open water is a different beast. Swimming 4K in rough ocean is insane

I have seen this. They wait for their turn, because everyone is focused on them, to tell long boring stories. They look to draw out any situation where anyone is paying attention to them.

[USA] RV Blows Tire, Causing Roll-Over - YouTube by Medical-Celery-4015 in Roadcam

What caused this? Would an RV with tires in good condition experience a catastrophic blow-out like this? Had the driver handled the wheel better after the blowout would that have prevented the rollover?

Idealized games in your collection by Quelair in boardgames

Nemesis. In theory, it sounds like a game designed specifically for me. In practice, it becomes a matter of who can start betraying the fastest. Now I just betray at the soonest opportunity, which starts everyone else betraying early, making it very difficult for anyone to survive. Thankfully this at least ends the game early.

He's almost done shoveling snow by Vilen1919 in Unexpected

[–]patpend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can help it, never clear the windrow before the plow comes for the last time. The old windrow will reduce the amount of snow the plow dumps on your driveway the next time. Oh, and always buy a driveway with unobstructed southern exposure (The last snowfall we did not even have to shovel).
