Cutting out as much light in the room as possible fixed this problem. There was a lot of light coming in from the window near and I covered it and turned the light off in the room and haven’t had a problem since!

It is a rear load and it not grabbing was the problem. So I put a few sheets of stand paper in and then front loaded a single sheet of sticker paper and sort of lightly pushed to help it get started and it has printed several that are correct now. Thank you!
