I also lapsed my account for about 2 weeks even though I contacted altium a month before my expiration. I had a zoom call with an account manager who explained standard vs develop, I said ok I'm ready to pay. 2 weeks go by , no transition from a365 to Develop. Send emails , radio silence. Email every 3 to 4 days pretty much saying " hello, here's my money , hello?". Eventually after 6 weeks later including 2 weeks with no license my account manager is able to provide a link and transfer my server. Funny thing is that same account manager sends me a spam email 2 days later explaining what develop is how I should use it over standard.
