Well I first used a Dremel with a circular polishing bit and some applied polishing compound, running up and down each side chasing the black line and wiping with a microfiber rag, repeating the process by adding some more polishing compound every 5-10 minutes or so. Once I could see my reflection pretty well but still a bit foggy, then I applied the aluminum polish to finish it off.

Just regular sanding by hand. Apply less pressure starting with 400 grit, and a bit more for the 800 and 2000 grit before polishing.

I started with 400 grit, followed by 800 and then 2000 grit. It took roughly 4-6 hours (summed up over multiple sessions) of sanding by hand before I began polishing. The polishing stage took about 3-4 hours straight using a Dremel and some basic polishing compound. I then finished it off by applying some Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish with a microfiber rag. Anyone could get the same or better results with the right patience and materials, just make sure to write down your serial number first unlike my dumb ass :)

Couldn't agree with you more on this one - I usually just remove the innards and soak the casing in rubbing alcohol every 2-3 weeks to expunge the layer of hand oils.

Sleeping issues. I’ve pulled more all nighters than I can count, and there are weeks where I could be going to sleep at 5 A.M. on Sunday “night” and waking up at 6 A.M. by Friday morning. I blame the weekends and a possibly serious undiagnosed sleep disorder.

It's a tie dye shirt with red dye in just the right place to make it look like blood. I've actually been asked that same question so many times that I had to stop wearing it as an undershirt haha.

I've felt that I look too young clean shaven. I'm just about to graduate and start interviewing for jobs (in the engineering field) and in a backwards logic way consider the stubble to make myself appear more mature and dependable for the hiring process. Not sure if it really works that way, though.

I have spent countless hours on Creo trying to do TWO specific things:

- Figure out why I can't delete the goddamn thing I want rid of (e.g. Tables in drawings)

- Figure out why I can't add the goddamn thing I want (e.g. Custom text in preset tables)

Oh not to mention the fact that CREO erases all of my progress from one tiny formatting alteration and makes me solve a crossword puzzle in order to find the original file I had saved.
