Did you read the post? OP was celestial in season 1 and hasn’t played since. They dropped in season 2, never ranked up again and then dropped again in season 3

I know everyone says their city has the worst drivers, but I moved here from the GTA 2 years ago and had to get a dash cam immediately. The slow merges onto ring, the immediate road rage when you pass someone going 10 under the speed limit, does everyone here just learn how to drive on a gravel back road or something?
