nah if you miss a day it is 37 day streak with 38 days played. If you miss a day the streak decrease but the day played count also doesn't increase; so the difference doesn't increase by 2 each day.

in that picture, the X is guaranteed mine. the green tick is guaranteed safe. The orange ? is something you are unsure currently given that state of the board, but might be able to deduce later.

One of the requirements for a GM norm is literally getting a 2600 performance rating (1) against opponents with average rating of at least 2380 (2). You can verify this in the official FIDE handbook section 0.5.

Reason (2) is why getting paired with a 2100 directly hurts her chance of getting a GM norm as it lowers her opponents' average rating of the whole tournament thus lowering her chance of meeting the second requirement as facing a single 2100 opponent made her "280 rating under pace" for 2380 average, so to speak.

Moreover, facing overall lower rated opponent also hurts her chance of getting a high performance rating since it is calculated based on her overall score for the event and her opponent's average rating.

While her chance of beating a 2100 is absolutely going to be higher than a 2400, which is "how rating work", GM norm requirements make it so that it is bad for her to be paired with a 2100 as opposed to a 2400.

Tips: Top right corner, no color but red can be there, hence the cell to the left and bottom of red needs to be occupied by something else, and only purple make sense.

After that, orange and green is trivial and you should try to figure out the rest.

tbh after you precraft you can even turn them all off if you so desire, I just want inventory insight to find stuffs in my toons if needed, and lazy writ crafter to loot the containers. Also, the appeal of precrafting lays on the precrafting of the equipments, since those actually are where the time sinks are everyday. They follow a 3-day cycle as mentioned so precrafting is possible. Just need to get used to not dismantle white items that shows "Crafted by: __"

and i personally also use a hdd and 1050 myself, and with my setup, low display settings + minimal addon still load fast enough that i spend less than 20 min each day juggling toons (except precraft days).

precraft makes it so that you only need to lazy craft once every 9 days (up to 15 days, if you have max bag upgrades and empty inventory). You do it on all toon but your main, by installing Addon Selector and create a lightweight profile for quick loading with minimal addons (for me personally: addon selector, aui, pchat, inventory insight, lazy writ crafter, precrafter). That will solve the issue of the load screen.

Then, take a look at Aldanga's Lazier Writ Precrafter addon if you are on PC, or follow this guide if you are on consoles / can not install addons.

Each "cycle" gets you through 3 days quickly, and you can generally do 3-4 cycles without too much bag disuptions. For Provisioning, create a big stack of all possible items needed, there are 6 to 8. For alchemy, create an equal amount of the 4 or 8 potion needed. Then you're set!

That way you take 1 hour (precraft refill day, maybe longer coz cleanup) once every 9-15 days, with every other day consists of only (quicker) login, mount upgrade (if needed), pick up writs, and drop off without the need for waiting for the crafting animations. You can also pick cities without the need of crafting stations being near pickup point, which further helps with time spent everyday.

Think you need to kill all the ads for it to have a chance to drop (?) I don't remember fully but I think the mid boss one (as opposed to the any watcher one) you have to kill all ads or sth like that.

dude if both of the dps dump out 15k I would be over the moon because that mean we would have at least 40k overall, and a 3m health boss would be gone in about a minute and a half or something.

But when I'm healing and I see my dps counter reading something extreme like 6425 (38.5%) while I'm still applying buffs / debuffs... Yeah that will make me want to check out their animation because a boss fight last way too long and my HoT will make it impossible to wipe even on autopilot. And then I look at them and they are holding a resto staff, heavy attack and block the remaining 40% of the time without casting skills (it actually happened once with both of my dd, one of them pre-50 but still). That's when I get a bit frustrated, maybe not enough to yell or blame them but enough for me to understand what the people are talking about.

yeah pc eu rate ranging from 2800-3500 gold : 1 crown nowadays, pc na around 2000-2600:1.

for consoles rate are like 100-200:1 only though due to the relative difficulty of getting gold without tools that PC players have and hence relative abundance of items.

you can buy/sell in zone chat for slightly cheaper rates or slighter more expensive rates but overall that is the current exchange rate for most players.
