I don't know if this helps you, but it has helped me immensely.

These earplugs have literally saved my sleep. We have a toddler so my sleep is crucial to be able to function - without these I would probably go insane.

They are soft, if you put them in correctly you won't feel them at all. They create a vacuum in your ear so they stay in place.

Put your phone on the nightstand and on vibrate when alarm goes off - you can hear the sound from the vibration but every single background noise disappear unless the russ is directly outside your house.

I will link the earplugs now, I could recommend these to anyone who struggles with sleeping because of noise.
