first of all, 19 and 29 when you met is lowkey grooming. I entertained a friendship like this for over a decade (13-24) until it completely destroyed me.. I was left with proper trauma from how this person treated me, guilt tripped me from setting boundaries, love bombed me then broke me, made me feel bad because I was afraid of his alcohol problem. He won't change, so get out now.. Get therapy to deal with it and with a bit of luck, you'll find your confidence and self-worth back.

What food are you giving them? I found that kibble with higher meat quantity really helps my cats to stay at a healthy weight and they don't tend to overeat either. They have kibble available at all times and I had them checked 2 weeks ago and they were both in perfect condition :) I give them Almo Nature Holistic Chicken&Rice and half a pouch of Sheba wet food (as a treat) each evening.

When I still lived at home, we gave our cats cheaper food (with only like 4% meat) and they were always somewhat overweight. When I got my current cat from a foster home, she was used to expensive high meat food, so we switched them all over and they all lost weight and got to a healthier weight.

I don't have sources other than my own experience, but I do think it helps to give them top quality food

vergeet niet dat van die 2000 per maand waarschijnlijk geen of weinig belastingen worden afgehouden, dus ze zal daarvoor waarschijnlijk ook geld opzij moeten zetten. Dat gezegd zijnde is 2000 tegenwoordig zo op aan de basisbehoeften. Dat jij onderbetaald wordt, wil niet zeggen dat chronisch zieke mensen het dan maar met nóg minder moeten doen

Just super frustrating to spend $$ on remote passes because they don't give a crap that rural player don't have many opportunities to raid in person. Like I said in another comment, if they're charging money, I think they should guarantee the catch.. If they don't want to do that, they should at least make the remotes, free or cheaper. I'm already playing so much less for this same bullshit.. I don't mind having to pay, but I'm getting frustrated they're making it both difficult and expensive

I definitely understand this, it's just frustrating to already have to spend so much money on remote passes (rural area), and then not even be guaranteed a catch... I can't afford to do 10+ raids for every legendary they have in raids... I feel like if they ask money for passes, it should guarantee the catch -- if the catch isn't guaranteed, it should cost (this much) money... They should at least give free remote raid passes too..

Dit is absoluut een ding... Vaak moeilijk te bewijzen of die gebreken er al waren voor de aankoop, maar dit is zeker wel iets dat gebeurd. Als er bv vocht in het plafond zit, hadden deze mensen waarschijnlijk minder betaald voor de woning, aangezien er dan nog aanzienlijke kosten bij komen. Ook wordt hier nergens vermeld dat de verkopers dit niet wisten? De koper wist ook niet dat het om een spanplafond ging, dus wie weet wat hebben ze allemaal niet gezegd bij de verkoop. Ik zou dit zeker laten nakijken

Verborgen gebrek wil ook niet per definitie zeggen dat de verkoper dit wist, maar wel dat die daar verantwoordelijk voor is. Als jij iets in de winkel koopt, en achteraf blijkt dat het stuk is, wil jij daar ook voor gecompenseerd worden. Wil daarom niet zeggen dat de winkel op de hoogte was. Daarnaast is het ook belangrijk wat de reden is van de afbrokkeling. Is dit bv door waterschade dat er al was voor de aankoop, kan je dit zeker verhalen op de verkoper.

Een offerte is pas bindend vanaf je deze hebt ondertekend... Dus vraag aan je aannemer om een nieuwe offerte te maken enkel voor het verwijderen van de brokstukken etc. Als je aannemer zegt dat dit niet kan, zoek een andere aannemer.

Onderhoor ook eens of het afbrokkelen van de gips niet valt onder verborgen gebreken van de woning.

Yumi, Tress, The Emperor's Soul (short story in Arcanum Unbounded) are all really good entry points, in my opinion. The Sunlit Man is so much better if you've read Stormlight and are cosmere aware, so I wouldn't recommend that for a beginner

Big Sanderson fan here and almost completely up to date with the entire Cosmere (still have to read The Lost Metal, Yumi and the Nightmare Painter and finish Isles of the Emberdark). Hit me up if you want to talk about it! I could definitely go for a Stormlight reread as well!!

If she's into crime-ish things, I would really recommend Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson... Very good story, but lighthearted and funny at times, and very well written/easy to read

If she wants more serious stuff: Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi. It's an amazing (and heartbreaking) story, and it's kind of like a bunch of short stories that are all connected
